Job Responsibility

Perform support functions in various departments
Assist other team members with physically moving/carrying materials from one location to another
Operate mobile equipment to transport materials as directed
Utilize hand tools to assemble small component made-to-stock parts (ex. hinges), while meeting or beating established production quotas
Prep rails by attaching all gaskets, basic hardware, and setting blocks to the rail for the assembly process
Pull materials for small part assembly and ensure electronic inventory records are maintained
Wrap accessories, as needed, for the Packing Department
Prep parts for the dip tank
Remove bars from the dip tank following its cycle and hang bars on racks for the drying process
Move parts and extrusions in and out of the ovens

Perform and document scheduled cleaning activities
Perform scheduled quality checks using gauges and scale
Learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards, SOPs and cGMP
Notify supervisor of safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues
