Job Responsibility:
Provide on-site support for event and production operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth show flow
On site for theater load in days and assist with day of show production
Assist clients production team and stagehands with day-of logistics, schedules, and equipment coordination
Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and talent to relay information and resolve issues in real time
Assist with advancing shows including but not limited to, stagehand quotes, vendor quotes, security and front of house scheduling, and client estimates
Monitor stagehands tasks including maintenance needs, ensure OSHA guidelines are being followed
Perform general administrative and operational tasks as needed, including filing, inventory tracking, credential distribution, and troubleshooting on-site needs
Creating or reviewing diagrams, plots & rigging information
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/ center/theater
Technical degree or certification preferred
Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnel
Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and arena management
Working knowledge of applicable OSHA, state and other work environment and safety regulations
Working knowledge of fire and public safety issues
Must be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus
