Your Role on the Team As a Production Support Specialist, you’ll be the engine that keeps our lines moving while you train for the next level. Line Coordination: You’ll partner with our Senior Machine Operators to keep production flowing smoothly and hitting our daily goals. Skill Building: Get hands-on mentorship! You’ll learn the ins and outs of our specialized machinery, preparing you to eventually take the lead as a Senior Operator. Precision & Quality: You’ll assist with machine setups and perform quality checks to ensure every product leaving the line is perfect. Safety & Standards: Help us maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning workspace where everyone’s safety comes first. Schedule & Pay: Work a reliable Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) shift. Plus, there is plenty of consistent overtime available for those looking to maximize their paycheck!
