Precision & Quality: You’ll assist with machine setups and perform quality checks to ensure every product leaving the line is perfect. Safety & Standards: Help us maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning workspace where everyone’s safety comes first. Schedule & Pay: Work a reliable Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) shift. Plus, there is plenty of consistent overtime available for those looking to maximize their paycheck! Job Responsibility:
Safety & Standards: Follow our core SOPs and safety protocols to keep the workspace running like a well-oiled machine
Clear Communication: Keep the lines of communication open by reporting any gear, quality, or process hiccups to your Team Lead or Extrusion Operator immediately
Team Growth: Join forces with the production crew to spot and support continuous improvement
Hazardous Material Handling: Safely handle, sort, and manage materials in total alignment with WHMIS standards
Stack & Prep: Take charge of palletizing products as they come off the line, ensuring they’re ready for the next step
PPE Pro: Set the standard by wearing your required personal protective equipment at all times
All-Around Support: Stay flexible and jump in on other tasks as directed by your Team Lead to help the shift succeed
Requirements:
6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
