Production Assistant (Apparel Manufacturing)

• Enter and update delivery orders within internal systems
• Track daily and weekly production output
• Prepare and organize cut orders and production documentation
• Maintain accurate production logs, inspection records, and shipment details
• Organize and manage shared production files and records
• Prepare packaging materials and labeling for outgoing orders
• Monitor trim inventory and distribute materials to sewing teams
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure workflow continuity
• Assist with tracking inventory of fabrics, trims, and other materials
• Monitor production timelines and proactively flag delays or issues

• 1+ year of experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or administrative support (preferred, but not required)
• Basic understanding of garment production, or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both on the production floor and in an office setting
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus
