Job Description:

This is for a manufacturing facility in the Fort Worth/Alliance area. Shift: 1st shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform advanced assembly operations following work instructions and specifications
  • Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated production equipment
  • Conduct product testing and detailed quality inspections
  • Identify and report equipment, material, or process issues
  • Assist with troubleshooting production or workflow challenges
  • Support team leads and supervisors with production tracking and reporting
  • Help train and guide newer operators
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Experience operating production equipment or performing product testing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to cross-train on multiple processes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
