Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Production Artist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in creating and modifying vector art files using Adobe Illustrator, with additional expertise in Photoshop being a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute original artwork and collaborate on creative projects for two distinct brands.

Job Responsibility:

Develop original artwork and designs using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring high-quality vector files
Adapt and refine artwork based on feedback to meet specific brand requirements and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to create visually compelling compositions for print and digital formats
Modify existing designs and artwork to align with specific project goals and brand identity
Ensure artwork files are properly prepared for various production needs, adhering to technical specifications
Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance designs and assist in creating versatile graphic elements
Maintain organization and consistency across all creative files and production workflows
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve artwork quality
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines effectively

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a strong focus on vector art file creation and modification
Solid experience in Adobe Photoshop as a complementary design tool
Exceptional drawing and composition skills, showcasing creativity and attention to detail
Ability to produce original artwork tailored to specific brand guidelines
Experience in adapting designs based on constructive feedback and quality standards
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and its suite of tools for efficient workflow
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and maintain file consistency
Previous experience in print production and digital design workflows is highly desired
