Production Artist

• Develop and refine production-ready artwork for a variety of soft goods, including apparel, bags, and leather accessories
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork aligns with creative concepts and brand standards
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create high-quality visuals for product designs
• Assist in textile and pattern design, contributing creative solutions to enhance product aesthetics
• Conduct quality checks on production files to maintain consistency and precision
• Work closely with vendors or manufacturers to address production-related inquiries and ensure successful execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality
• Adapt designs for various formats and mediums, ensuring scalability and versatility
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and production techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team

• Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role, preferably with exposure to soft goods design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production processes and technical specifications
• Familiarity with textile or pattern design is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and external vendors
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment
