Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Graphic Arts, or a related discipline preferred

Handle incoming content and asset requests from marketing, packaging, and external licensed publishing partners
Support editors, historians, and content designers with revisions, file updates, production needs, and image requests
Route final book PDFs to internal partners using Adobe Acrobat
Maintain organized files, version control, and asset tracking across multiple projects
Review digital press proofs from printers to ensure file accuracy and quality
Manage book reprint updates by revising content files and supplying updated production-ready assets to printers
