Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Production Artist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in San Diego, California, and offers the opportunity to work on creative projects while leveraging your expertise in design and production tools. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy transforming concepts into exceptional deliverables, this position is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Create high-quality visual assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite
Develop and refine print production materials to meet design specifications and brand guidelines
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all deliverables
Adapt designs for various formats, including print and digital mediums, while maintaining visual integrity
Utilize Figma to design and prototype assets for digital platforms
Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production workflows
Provide recommendations to enhance processes and improve efficiency within the production team
Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate seamless project handoffs

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production artist or related role
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
Strong knowledge of print production processes and best practices
Hands-on experience with Figma for digital design and prototyping
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of production
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production workflows
