We are seeking a Production Artist to support a fast-moving creative and marketing team. In this role, you will produce polished visual content and graphic assets for a range of channels, including digital screens, web assets, event materials, merchandise, collateral, and social media posts. This is a hands-on production design role for someone who can work quickly, stay organized, and deliver brand-consistent work across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience needs, creative assets, and established design patterns into intuitive solutions
Produce graphics, templates, layouts, vendor proofs, and visual standards for customer-facing assets
Identify opportunities to use automation or AI-supported solutions to improve production outputs
Contribute to cross-platform rich media specifications and design patterns
Present work to marketing teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback
Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions
Provide and manage design documentation and specifications
Proactively manage time, deadlines, and competing priorities
Report daily and weekly metrics on completed projects as needed
Work closely with marketing leaders to maintain high standards for graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience
Requirements
4+ years of design and production experience in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent design experience
A portfolio that demonstrates strong composition, layout, typography, and digital design work
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital media
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to apply them to dynamic advertising and campaign solutions
Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work with technical teams and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Proven ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centric thinking
Digital platform design experience and understanding of cross-platform design guidelines
