We are on the lookout for a skilled Production Artist with a passion for graphic design and production to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining our high-quality brand presence as a leading organization in the homebuilding industry. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal marketing teams to execute projects with precision, ensure quality assurance, and deliver outstanding results while maintaining consistency with our visual identity.

Requirements:

3–10 years of professional experience in design and art direction
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Canva, Airtable, Microsoft Office, and other content creation or workflow tools
Excellent project management skills
Deep knowledge of design and production principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
A sharp eye for detail
Familiarity with digital design trends and best practices for web and mobile platforms
Mac proficiency
Bachelor of Arts degree in a relevant field
