Job Description:

Skilled Production Artist to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves collaborating with an internal creative team to support pitch campaigns and manage day-to-day design projects. Ideal candidates will have experience working in regulated industries and be comfortable switching between creative and compliance-focused tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Design visually compelling materials for pitch campaigns and daily creative projects
Collaborate closely with writers and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution
Adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards
Develop print and digital assets, including direct mail pieces and online content
Independently manage design tasks in a fast-paced environment
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality deliverables
Ensure all production files are optimized for print and digital distribution
Maintain attention to detail to guarantee accuracy and consistency
Contribute creative ideas while balancing regulatory and branding requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Strong experience in both print production and digital design
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with creating designs for regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Knowledge of brand guidelines and compliance standards
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Previous experience in direct mail campaigns and digital content creation
