If you have not achieved these qualifications by the start of your apprenticeship, you will be required to achieve Functional Skills Level 2 before the end of your apprenticeship

Assisting with the live radio shows in the studio

Job Responsibility

Rotate through three core areas within Customer and Product departments - Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing & Brand
Support service teams by analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the customer journey
Help shape products by conducting market research, analysing user needs, and supporting planning across the product lifecycle
Assist with campaign planning and content creation across digital channels, while helping track performance and optimise brand presence
