Job Description:

As Production and Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of the entire production perimeter and its performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and set up the necessary capacity according to internal production orders (OF) and anticipate forecasts from various customers
  • Make proposals/anticipate/budget for production-related investments
  • Manage and monitor the production and control of manufacturing orders according to the production schedule
  • Compliance with procedures and work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with customer commitments in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost
  • Report on progress against schedule and given production targets
  • Daily analysis of production monitoring indicators (scorecards, waste rate, breakdown rate and downtime, Adherence Planning Vs Actual, productivity)
  • Monitor internal non-conformities and actions taken
  • Manage relations with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Plan operator training to ensure that the skills of production staff match requirements
  • Lead and direct teams and continuously improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience, including at least one managerial experience
