Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production & SAP Support Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be a key pillar in upholding company policies, ensuring strict adherence to both general and specialized operational guidelines. You will champion a culture of compliance by respecting all relevant legislation related to Safety, Quality, and the Environment, while actively enforcing the company’s General Policy Statement and Loss Control Policies. If you are a process-driven professional who thrives on data accuracy and workplace safety, this is the role for you. ** Work Environment Primary Setting: This is mainly an office-based environment adjacent to operations. Safety Requirements: While the role is office-focused, you will occasionally step onto the manufacturing floor. Safety shoes (Steel-toed boots) are required for any time spent on the production floor to maintain strict safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Review Bill of Materials, Assign and Track production results as necessary
  • Complete production consumption processing and summarize production results in SAP
  • Provide feedback and updates to Customer Service as necessary
  • Work with the Production Coordinator/Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide back up to Customer Service & Administration during vacation and absenteeism
  • Perform all other SAP related functions

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with SAP HANA is required for this role
  • Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Mathematical and Computer Ability
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and attention to detail
