An opportunity has arisen for a Production Administrator to join our Factory Production Team, covering maternity leave, on a 12-month FTC here at Yorkshire Baker. The position will be following B Shift, working 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour shifts from 6am-6pm. The main purpose of the role is to effectively manage the timeware system in preparation for payroll as well as regularly updating production registers and labour input. You will also manage issue and return paperwork, QAS and regular update KPI information for morning meetings and cooperation with production Line Leaders / Team Leaders. This position would suit somebody who has admin/payroll experience within a food manufacturing environment or a skilled production operative with administration skills and high attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Check input of all employees and prepare Timeware for weekly payroll liaise with Factory Manager if any issues during the process
Manage input of staff approved holiday in holiday book and in the Timeware system and reported level of absences via absence email
Generating a Timeware register for full time employees and agency staff, keeping in folder in case of fire alarm take folder for evacuation to crosscheck presence of all employees
Preparation of production KPI boards for morning meeting alongside with required documentation
Managing correct hourly input of labour into production report and regular refresh with email sent
Print, issue and return paperwork for low-risk production departments, ensure paperwork is correctly issued and returned into the system, run daily report to identify any paperwork that has not been returned
To assist with the running of production lines when required to achieve the daily production plan whilst working in accordance with quality, food safety and health and safety standards
