Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and provide education and ongoing training throughout trials and implementations of Baxter products
Continue ongoing product support beginning from implementation and follow the entire product life cycle
Ensure any informational material provided to customers has been approved by Marketing and/or Medical Affairs and is in accordance with Baxter’s promotional material policy
Implement Environmental, Health & Safety considerations in accordance with Baxter global and local guidelines
Treat all employees fairly, based on merit and equal opportunity for all, promoting Baxter’s core cultural values
Follow compliance requirements when engaging with customers, in accordance with Baxter Global and ANZ guidelines
Ensure expenses and travel requests are completed as per Baxter policy
Perform other duties as directed by the Training & Education Manager
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Nursing/Medical Science or related fields desirable
Prior experience working within the Healthcare/Hospital system
Ability to function to a high capacity within a team environment
Ability to work autonomously
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, imparting technical and conceptual information
Professional approach to direction and implementation of ideas and programs
Interest in learning and development
Understanding of adult learning principles
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility with working hours and the ability to undertake interstate travel when required
