Job Description

You’ll work closely with and support the Product Manager to help deliver the Profit & Loss across the product range and to support the product lifecycle management. You’ll play an active role in Trading decisions and outcomes, including taking minutes and managing actions. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Landlord.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide commentary on what drove performance to budget and summary of actions being taken
  • Maintain MI packs and reporting
  • Perform competitor analysis and review customer feedback and present findings to Trading squads
  • Through building relationships, work together with external and internal stakeholders by dealing with requests, including data/MI
  • Taking the lead on smaller projects to enhance product performance and proposition
  • Assist the Product Manager with large projects, including regulatory changes
  • Manage testing and review of changes post go live to ensure the change is working as expected
  • Manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to the role, following our risk framework
  • Manage our website pages to ensure they are compliant and give customers insightful and correct information
  • Play an active role in annual sales forecasting/budgeting and monitor actual performance to budget on a weekly + monthly basis

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills, including data manipulation, through use of MS Office tools
  • Analysis and problem-solving skill
  • Self-motivated, with a keen-ness to develop
  • Good relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of Business Insurance Products
