Job Description

Worldwide and 24/7, air traffic controllers use our innovative software to keep operations running. Support our team in Graz for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end system testing of our product solutions
  • Get involved during feature definition for quality readiness review
  • Create and maintain test specifications and coverage mapped to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Trace all tests to requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure rigorous traceability
  • Execute (semi-)manual system tests and meticulously document results
  • Focus on risk-based testing, prioritizing high-impact and critical scenarios
  • Plan and organize system testing activities during Agile Program Increments (PIs)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers and Architects
  • Drive the improvement of our system testing landscape

Requirements

  • Strong experience in system and acceptance testing, including leading test activities and test automation, in Agile environments
  • Skilled in requirements traceability, test coverage, and risk-based testing, with a proactive approach to process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Proficient with Linux and Python, and experienced with technologies such as Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Postgres
  • Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Xray, and Git/Azure DevOps
  • Excellent analytical skills, detail orientation, and clear, accurate documentation and reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (nginx/traefik, Loki, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Experience with AI-based testing
  • German language skills
