Job Responsibility

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide users through solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to resolve technical bugs and escalate unresolved issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Assist with product testing and documentation for new releases and updates
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement
  • Create and update internal knowledge base and user guides

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Management/ Technology or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Candidates should have some experience in support, training, or customer service
  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team

Nice to have

  • Timely resolution is a plus
  • Fluency in regional languages will be an advantage
