Product Support Specialist

• Master the Trimble Connect ecosystem to provide advanced technical support and guidance to global distribution partners and end users
• Lead high-level product meetings to present support analytics, defects, and enhancements, driving swift resolutions that improve the customer experience
• Spearhead the creation of technical documentation and workflow notes to empower peers and streamline global support processes
• Troubleshoot diverse and complex data issues using remote access tools, walking customers through sophisticated digital construction workflows
• Collaborate with multiple Trimble divisions to resolve tier-level technical challenges, ensuring the digital and physical worlds remain seamlessly connected

• 2+ years of field experience or higher education in a technical or relevant professional field of study
• Proven expertise in complex troubleshooting and the ability to identify and resolve software workflow defects
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong communication skills with a talent for explaining technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage high-priority projects, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
