Job Description

Randstad is seeking a motivated Product Support Officer to join a critical service delivery provider dedicated to maintaining city safety and infrastructure. This role is vital in providing high-quality, customer-focused business support and correspondence services to help meet essential community objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to service requests and general enquiries while solving problems for internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating work orders, preparing quote packages, and ensuring tracking systems are accurately maintained
  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of work, including the requisitioning of equipment and materials
  • Delivering timely invoice authorisations and customer billing support to a high standard
  • Contributing to identifying service enhancements to increase the efficiency of the operational area

Requirements

  • Solid general administrative experience and strong computer literacy
  • Prior local government experience is highly desirable
  • High-level organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to solving customer issues
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A current Criminal History Check is mandatory for this position

Nice to have

  • Prior local government experience
  • Experience with SAP / SAP Ariba

  • Responsible for the daily review of patient histories, IgE allergy test results, and immunotherapy recommendations for data entry accuracy and appropriate allergen selection prior to result transmittal to clinics
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls regarding patient-specific immunotherapy
  • Assists veterinarians and veterinary staff regarding infectious disease point of care test protocols, reading results, specificity/sensitivity, and accuracy
  • Promotes health care and disease prevention
  • Maintains diligent recordkeeping within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database system
  • Work in partnership with Specialty Product Technical Support Veterinarians and other channels within the organization, such as marketing, to create educational tools for customers to promote their understanding of how to integrate allergy into their practice
