Job Description:

This position will be responsible for developing the overall product strategy for the Growth Portfolio in collaboration with the Business Line Sponsors. This includes managing and developing business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and go-to market strategies that are thorough, accurate, and support decision-making. This position is also responsible for providing project leadership of key strategic projects necessary to advance business line roadmaps.

Job Responsibility:

Develop business case concepts, strategic roadmaps, and/or go-to-market strategies for at least two business lines, sourcing content from subject-matter experts to ensure full evaluation of all business considerations for Allianz Life
Facilitate the product development life cycle to ensure adherence to product development-related controls
Provide project leadership for key strategic projects in service of business line strategic roadmaps.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience required including experience leading multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders and business units
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience in new strategy development and/or project management
Must have basic to high proficiency with AI and/or business intelligence
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
