Job Description:

The Global Domestic Instant Payments team delivers cutting-edge solutions across a network spanning over 50 markets. This role focuses on driving the strategic evolution of Instant Payments product, ensuring resilience, compliance, and long-term viability while shaping development and strategic rollout of innovative capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Support and execute the global product strategy for Instant Payments
Research client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product scorecards
Collaborate with product development, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and risk teams
Continuously improve product offerings based on performance data and market feedback
Work with commercialization teams to ensure product strategy supports market needs
Champion adoption of best-in-class product governance models
Work with Technology, Operations, Service, Compliance, Business Managers, Legal to achieve strategic product objectives

Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem (Real-Time Payments/Instant Payments required)
Strong foundation in strategy
Ability to identify and articulate long-term product vision
Strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret complex data and market trends
Intellectual curiosity and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a complex, multi-country, global environment
Proven experience in product governance, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance within a global financial institution
Proven experience building and managing strong relationships
Ability to influence and coordinate diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
