Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across your assigned territory
Create and execute territory business plans that align with business goals and improve patient care
Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based clinical information
Gather customer and market insights and use them to refine local plans and improve execution
Work with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery
Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, medical, field roles or account management
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Customer-focused mindset with integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour
Nice to have:
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device field roles
Ability to interpret and explain clinical or scientific information clearly to diverse audiences
Planning and analytical skills to develop and monitor territory performance
Experience organising professional meetings, workshops or educational events
Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with a team
Fluency in additional local languages spoken in your territory
