Product Demonstration: Showcase new product features to channel customers, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages
Product Selection & Configuration: Provide guidance on product selection and configure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to CCTV and alarm systems, access control, and related software
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for technicians within partner channels to enhance technical knowledge and product expertise
Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies that address specific customer requirements
Market Feedback & Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote Dahua products and gather valuable market insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field (preferred)
3+ years in electronic security, including 2 years as pre-sales, technical support, or product management roles
Background in top CCTV and electronic security products
Proficiency in relevant software for these systems
Hands-on experience with leading brands
Knowledge of networking, IP cameras, and system integration
Event planning
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
