Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist to focus on end user devices—including laptops, desktops, and print solutions—for our many colleagues. Join us as we develop innovative ways to help IKEA stay relevant to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data
  • Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
  • Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories
  • To test, analyze and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals
  • Where needed, work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed
  • Work cross functional to ensure that the agile team has what it needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital product development
  • 5+ years of proven experience in End User Computing focusing on client management and Print management
  • 8+ years of proven work with enterprise, global stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with global business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills across international product and engineering teams
