We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Engage & Explore team within the Product department. This team focuses on shaping the customer experience before checkout -from the moment a visitor lands on our site to the moment they decide to add a product to their cart. This includes key surfaces such as the start page, search, product listings, product pages, navigation and trust-building content. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and commercial stakeholders to improve how customers discover, explore and evaluate products across all our markets.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to improving the customer journey before checkout, helping customers discover and evaluate products easily
Drive product initiatives from idea to launch, working closely with engineering, design and analytics
Translate insights from data, customer behavior and stakeholder input into clear product requirements
Help identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability and product discovery across the site
Collaborate with teams such as SEO, design, engineering, analytics and commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Ensure features work consistently across markets, taking localization and scalability into account
Identify and prioritize quick wins and UX improvements that can create measurable impact
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience within e-commerce product management, UX optimization, site merchandising or a similar role
A strong understanding of the online buying journey, from discovery to product decision
Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics or commercial teams
Comfortable working with data and user behavior insights to identify improvement opportunities
Ability to drive initiatives forward independently while collaborating closely with others
Curiosity about technology and product development - you don’t need to code, but you understand concepts like APIs and how systems interact
A hands-on and proactive mindset, with a focus on both quick improvements and long-term impact
