Product Specialist

• Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations in the showroom and via digital platforms
• Accompany customers on test drives, clearly demonstrating features and benefits
• Support customers throughout their full journey from order to handover
• Proactively progress chase sold vehicles through the internal process, liaising with the workshop, preparation centre, and relevant departments to ensure agreed timescales are met
• Provide regular and meaningful updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle
• Coordinate and manage vehicle handovers, ensuring each customer receives a high-quality and memorable experience
• Ensure customers are fully confident using their vehicle’s systems and connected services at handover and through follow-up support
• Maintain excellent showroom standards and vehicle displays
• Create engaging digital and video content to enhance the customer experience and support the sales process
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the Sales and Aftersales teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience
