Job Responsibility:

  • Align product strategy with Headquarters (BusinessUnits)
  • Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing: responsibility for complex area of more than 20 countries
  • Price, margin and profitability analysis
  • Market data collection and analysis – potential, competitors, market share, target groups etc
  • Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs, such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities
  • Represent the Product Segment in the Sub-region and continuously monitor and report on competitors' activities
  • Effective lifecycle management
  • Preparation of yearly marketing plan in close collaboration with sales and communication/trade marketing teams
  • constant market and sales trends observation and making appropriate decisions
  • Effective collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Workshop, Sales and other, in order to develop business

Requirements:

  • Proven record of successful management of a product portfolio
  • Excellent analytical and convincing skills: experience in working with large portfolio technical products (portfolio above 1000 SKUs)
  • Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshops
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to reach objectives through creativity and flexibility
  • Resilience and patience in the face of challenging tasks and changing priorities
  • Proactivity in looking for solutions
  • Team player with openness to learn and mutual knowledge sharing
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Organized, pragmatic and adept in project management
