Job Description:

Do you love sales and genuine human connection just as much as scientific precision? At AH diagnostics, we’re not just looking for an employee – we’re looking for someone who wants to make a real difference for their customers and who also possesses the human depth needed to build true trust. You have a solid life science background (e.g., Molecular Biologist, Molecular Medicine, Pharmacist, or similar), but you’ve long since realized that your greatest strength lies in the intersection between complex consulting, high EQ, and the ability to solve challenges.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for a portfolio covering everything from qPCR and NGS to DNA/RNA purification and Western Blotting
  • Value‑based sales: facilitate conversations, ask insightful questions, use empathy to understand the customer, and create solutions with products from more than 35 leading suppliers
  • Initiative in the field: using social intelligence in customer meetings and networking at seminars, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Lead and pipeline management: Through CRM‑based sales work, ensure a constant flow of customer activity and consider the entire customer journey in workflow

Requirements:

  • Solid life science background (e.g., Molecular Biologist, Molecular Medicine, Pharmacist, or similar)
  • Motivated by using expertise to help others and create results through human interaction and solid, trustworthy guidance
  • Results‑oriented & structured
  • Ambitious and eager to learn
  • Creative & self‑driven
  • Passionate salesperson
  • Strong English skills
  • Comfortable engaging with many different people – colleagues, customers, and suppliers alike
What we offer:
  • Freedom with responsibility: A high degree of independence to shape your own success
  • Focus on your development: investment in growth, both scientifically and in sales, in an environment where we lift each other through dialogue and feedback
  • Modern setup: flat organization, work built on company values: respect, professionalism, and trust
