Job Description

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve product volume, product mix and profit objectives through high performance execution for ITP portfolios
  • Effective accounts or territory management
  • Know clearly tender status at territories, proactively address needs with key stakeholders and support tenders
  • Support to achieve product quotas through promotion/marketing support to distributor's products or services
  • Prioritize promoting activities via account/territory management
  • Identify and call on existing and prospective customers
  • Apply therapy and/or product knowledge to differentiate Baxter products
  • Monitor actual results against forecasts
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Build credibility and trust with customer
  • Keep up to date and apply industry knowledge
  • Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives
  • Provide feedback to supervisor and marketing personnel
  • Uncompromising commitment to adhering to Baxter/distributor’s Code of Conduct
  • Any project assigned by Managers
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Baxter/distributor’s business code of conduct, relevant Vietnam legal demands, and ethical standards

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare industry, with a strong focus on therapeutic product promotion to hospital accounts
  • Background in anesthesia, intensive care, or clinical nutrition sales is highly advantageous
