Work with our customers and Sales team to design and install temporary heating and cooling systems for commercial and industrial applications. As a Subject Matter Expert you will support our sales team and client base with specialist knowledge of ‘Lift, Shift & Materials Handling’ products - forklifts, telehandlers, chain blocks, hydraulic cylinders etc. As part of the team you will have opportunity to develop your sales expertise, expand your technical knowledge and gain experience in materials handling. You will have access to the largest fleet available in the industry with the backing of the industry leader in hire.
Job Responsibility:
Working with the local sales team to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers
Develop key relationships with customers
Leveraging and growing on our existing client relationships to drive revenue growth in the market sector
Keep up to date with industry trends, help position Coates as leaders and specialists in materials handling
Provide training and upskilling workshops with local sales and operations teams
Requirements:
Proven success in managing a range of Materials Handling products - primarily forklifts (gas, diesel, rough terrain) & telehandlers
Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and support them with technical expertise/product knowledge
Ability to liaise with customers and negotiate good financial outcomes
A high degree of commercial acumen
