We are looking for an experienced Product / Solutions Marketing professional with a strong background in software products or technology solutions, ideally within the banking or fintech ecosystem. The role will focus on positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and driving adoption of complex technology offerings for enterprise and regulated customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of product, sales, and market, translating technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for customers and partners.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive product and solutions marketing strategy for software products and platforms, with a focus on banking, fintech, or financial services customers
Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging tailored to different customer segments and buyer personas
Partner closely with Product Management to understand product capabilities, roadmaps, and differentiators, and translate them into market-ready narratives
Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, enhancements, and solution releases
Create and manage marketing assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement material
Enable Sales and Business Development teams with strong collateral, competitive insights, and customer-facing narratives
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and messaging decisions
Work with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership to ensure consistent and impactful communication
Support demand generation efforts through thought leadership, campaigns, and industry engagement where required
Requirements:
Strong experience in software product marketing or solutions marketing, preferably in B2B, enterprise, or platform-based products
Prior experience in the banking, fintech, financial services, or payments domain is highly preferred
Proven ability to market complex technology products or solutions to senior and technical stakeholders
Strong storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
Ability to translate technical features into business value and customer outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to or experience in regulation, compliance, risk, or governance within financial services
Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting banks or fintechs (e.g., data privacy, security, financial regulations)
Experience marketing products in highly regulated environments
