Product Sales Specialist - Shutdowns

• Champion and lead Coates’ uncompromising Safety-First culture across all activities and customer interactions
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing full project scopes, and supporting delivery from concept to completion
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of products and services
• Provide training and support to sales and operational teams to enhance product knowledge and utilisation
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop innovative solutions, contribute to tenders, and ensure accurate contract delivery and reporting

• Ability to recognise buying signals and close deals
• Motivation to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and actively drive sales outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across internal teams and external partners
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop profitable, customer-focused solutions
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, including managing multiple scopes of work
• An ambitious, proactive mindset to contribute to a high-performing team
