PRODUCT SALES MANAGER - Mill Fiber (MFB). We are seeking for the best candidate.
Job Responsibility:
Promote and sell the organization's products and services, and provide technical sales support
Works independently to complete given assignments, promoting and selling the organization's products and services
Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels
Create technical quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority
and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
Assess customer needs and suggest solutions with appropriate products and services
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
Requirements:
Graduated from well known technical university
have 3-5 year of experience in Pulp & Paper industries especially in Fiber line or other similar
have negotiation skills and able to identify prospective customers
have understanding of commercial terms (incoterms)
have literacy in SAP, BAAN, CRM or other commercial system
work independently as well as in team, in a challenging working environment
