This role is within a dynamic and growing organization in the medical devices/healthcare industry. The Product Sales Manager will be a key contributor to the company's success.
Job Responsibility:
Implement the product sales strategy, overseeing marketing and sales activities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas
Initiate and coordinate marketing activities and projects
Represent the company at national and international conferences/exhibitions, hospitals, and with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Deliver engaging product presentations and contribute to corporate product strategy
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders (Surgeons, Administration, Purchase Heads, Finance Department, Hospital Management)
Drive business development and achieve sales targets
Lead and mentor the sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Optometry, or Science
8-14 years of relevant experience in the medical devices/healthcare industry
Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies
Experience managing and mentoring sales teams
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong sales-driven and target-oriented personality
Deep understanding of the medical device market
