We are actively looking for a customer centric and technically knowledgeable Product Sales Manager for Spare Parts and Field Services within Packaging and Paper Business Area. You will promote and sell the related products and services and provide technical sales support to our customers mainly in Indonesia, but you will also have opportunities to work in other regions within Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build strong relationships that generate future sales and repeat business growth and profitability in Spare Parts and Filed Services in Indonesia
Pursue sales leads and visit existing and new customers to achieve sales targets
Work closely with Mill Sales Managers and Technology units to achieve customers’ satisfaction
Negotiate prices and delivery times within authority limits and close sales orders to meet revenue goals
Assess markets within your sales area and implement Go-to-Market plans, including key customers, resources, and products
Participate in sales planning and budgeting
Improve Valmet’s cross-selling opportunities by sharing leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights internally
Develop and sell agreements covering the complete product and solution portfolio
Monitor, analyze, and report product sales performance regularly in CRM
Requirements:
A college or university degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant product sales experience, preferably in the paper and board industry
Proven track record in driving sales growth in a relevant market
Strong customer focused sales mindset and capability to work with various customers on many levels
Team player with excellent organizational skills and development minded
A flexible approach to work, including the willingness and ability to travel frequently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Competence in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
