Job Responsibility:
Lead and grow product sales for paper process parts across Scandinavia
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or process industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel within Scandinavia and a driver’s license
Fluent in English and in Swedish
Solid understanding of paper process technologies and customer needs
