As Product Sales Manager for Rolls, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver innovative solutions, and help mills achieve peak performance. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead sales projects for roll services, covers, and maintenance mainly across South-Germany and Switzerland
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and customer value
  • Collaborate with mill teams and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify customer needs and respond quickly with improvement and maintenance projects
  • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background (Bachelor/ Master) and knowledge in papermaking or related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales preferably in the paper and board industry
  • Strong understanding of paper and board industry
  • Willingness to travel in Germany and Switzerland on weekly bases to visit your customers
  • Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
  • Good communicating and interacting skills with customer and other stakeholders
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English
