Job Responsibility

  • Promote and sell the organization's products and services and provide technical sales support
  • Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority
  • and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering or related fields
  • 3-5 years up experience in sales professionals relating to pulp & paper business or similar
  • Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding
  • Familiar with Indonesia business relevant laws and other Asia Pacific country is a plus
  • Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented aligning with business direction
  • Familiar with modern management tools and technology
  • Good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer’s face
  • Good command of English
  • Target and result oriented with team effort and team player
  • Positive attitude and willing to develop own self and being role model
  • Ready to travel
