Job Responsibility:
Promote and sell the organization's products and services and provide technical sales support
Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels
Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority
and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering or related fields
3-5 years up experience in sales professionals relating to pulp & paper business or similar
Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding
Familiar with Indonesia business relevant laws and other Asia Pacific country is a plus
Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented aligning with business direction
Familiar with modern management tools and technology
Good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer’s face
Good command of English
Target and result oriented with team effort and team player
Positive attitude and willing to develop own self and being role model
