Job Responsibility:
Directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow assigned product lines in the Americas Aerospace & Defense sector
Performing product sales activities for new and renewal business to achieve or exceed revenue objectives
Partnering with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to proactively execute strategies that drive product and service revenue
Leading and contributing to all stages of the sales process, from opportunity identification to deal closure
Creating and delivering advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting Synopsys’ unique advantages
Coordinating technical support for customer demos, proof of concepts, evaluations, and training sessions
Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
Collecting and relaying client feedback to product development and marketing teams to inform future innovations
Participating in industry events, shows, and conventions to build brand presence and generate leads
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field
4+ years of sales or consulting experience in engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success
Demonstrated proficiency in engineering analysis and technology, ideally in digital engineering domains
Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, with familiarity in DME, MBSE, and Digital Twin solutions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to work independently and across interdisciplinary teams
Ability to travel up to 50% as required to drive business and engage with customers
