We are seeking an experienced Insurance Product & Regulatory Approvals, Sr. Analyst to manage the development, submission, and approval of insurance form filings. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and supports the successful implementation of our health insurance products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and review Medicare Supplement and short-term limited duration health insurance products (policies, forms, brochures) for regulatory compliance
  • Ensure products meet requirements for benefits, premiums, eligibility, and related aspects
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting Medicare Supplement insurance
  • Maintain accurate records of filings and correspondence
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the filing and approval process

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance product development and policy form drafting with a health insurance carrier
  • 5+ years work experience with health insurance products, specifically including Medicare Supplement and short-term limited duration health insurance plans, products, applicable regulations, and industry practices
  • Expertise in Medicare Supplement and short-term limited duration health insurance products
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and legal research
  • Proven ability to draft complex policy documents and respond to regulatory inquiries
  • Proficiency in SERFF and software tools (Microsoft Word, Teams, Adobe, PowerPoint, Workfront)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • High School diploma
