Job Description:

As a Product Recovery Operations Specialist, you will contribute to sustainable growth by giving IKEA products a second life, managing product recovery processes, optimizing digital systems and physical tools, providing training to colleagues, and working with other departments to reduce unnecessary costs. You will be part of a team promoting circularity, customer engagement, and environmental sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take necessary actions on products to give them a second chance through repackaging, spare parts management, product assembly, and active sales (online and offline)
  • Understand the action plans of the unit and department and take responsibility for departmental goals
  • Support the implementation of planned circular and commercial activities by involving your department in all customer meeting points
  • Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with other specialists, assigning tasks, and supervising daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team as needed.

Requirements:

  • You speak, write and understand English well
  • Excellent knowledge of Recovery & Quality Operations combined with customer experience, sales and purchasing processes
  • Knowledge of communication channels and how to effectively tailor communication to create awareness, engagement and impact
  • Extensive knowledge of using IT systems (applications) and other tools in daily work
  • Preferably knowledge and experience in restoring or reusing items and the equipment that can be used for this.

  • Gross monthly salary between €2524 and €3320 depending on knowledge and experience
