Requirements

Comfortable with tools handling and enjoy DIY assembling
physically fit and able to carry and handle heavy loads, such as assembled furniture, and withstand prolonged hours of standing
enjoy hands-on work such as using tools, assembling furniture, and fixing things
tech-savvy, familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Google Forms
detail-oriented, able to read and analyze data to support decision-making

Job Responsibility

Receive, confirm, and categorize returned products, ensuring the maintenance of the spare parts and hardware library in the recovery work area
perform data entry for returned items into internal inventory systems, ensuring accurate documentation
assist in ensuring products are properly priced and displayed in line with safety and sales mechanism guidelines
support the generation, understanding, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements
contribute to ensuring that recovery operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with overall store goals, prioritizing customer satisfaction and product quality
ensure full compliance with company rules, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all recovery activities
manage daily tasks efficiently and effectively to support operational excellence

Requirements

Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders
Obtain the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time
Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions
Officialise the production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders
Make the planning respected (accountable)
Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools
