Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including global e-commerce platforms, to propose and develop new product concepts
  • Research and communicate with suppliers to exchange product information
  • Work with designers to develop product mockups
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential items
  • Position products according to the target customer segment, based on the event and campaign timeline planned by the department head
  • Write and optimize product descriptions for international e-commerce marketplaces
  • Ideate and collaborate with Designers to create product designs
  • review design quality and finalize daily deliverables
  • Coordinate with Video Creators to produce product introduction videos (TikTok, YouTube, Reels, etc.)
  • Support the Marketing team in optimizing advertising content across digital media platforms
  • Monitor marketing performance and propose improvement suggestions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience performing the tasks listed above in the POD (Print-on-Demand) industry
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and US–UK pop culture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Business English, or related fields
  • TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0, with strong reading and writing skills
  • Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight evaluation
  • Ability to assess products from a user perspective and apply effective marketing techniques to attract customers
  • Good aesthetic sense and strong visual judgment
  • able to evaluate designs from the perspective of the target audience
  • Independent research ability and proactive task management
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
