As a Product Quality Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring product recovery, quality and compliance processes are upheld to exceed each customer's expectations. Leading, coaching, and developing the Product Quality & Recovery team with a focus on putting the customer first, while securing team engagement and succession planning; Establishing efficient and effective ways of working in the Customer Meeting Point related to product quality and compliance, proactively preventing sales-stopped, defective, or recalled products from reaching customers; Helping to establish the conditions for a great commercial shopping experience in the As-Is area, while driving efficient circular recovery operations to reduce the environmental and financial impact of reverse flow products; Leading and promoting IKEA's positive commitments to sustainability and circularity across the unit; Contributing to the setting of departmental goals and action plans, following up on performance and taking proactive steps to continuously improve results by benchmarking against other units and applying proven solutions and best practice examples

Requirements
