Job Responsibility:

Drive the operational focus and oversee the daily operations of the Product Recovery & Quality department
Ensure co-workers approach their tasks with a strong focus on the customer transaction
Implement and continuously ensure optimal usage of common product recovery processes, ways of working, tools and KPI’s
Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience as a team leader or equivalent
Passionate about people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing
Good attention to detail, solution focused and cost-conscious mindset
Adaptable and energetic, with strong verbal and written communication skills for successful stakeholder management
Friendly and comfortable with connecting and interacting with people
Comfortable with coordinating your team, setting priorities, and delegating responsibility
Able to deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive and positive co-worker experience
Looking to develop and grow within the business
