Job Responsibility:

  • Recover products through As‑Is selling, repairs, repackaging, and spare parts management to give items a second life
  • Present and price products with strong commercial judgment to support customer appeal and business results
  • Make recovery decisions with a sustainability‑first mindset to reduce waste
  • Act as an ambassador for quality, safety, and product recovery in the unit
  • Work with other teams to follow consistent routines that improve customers’ perception of IKEA product quality

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable with frequent physical tasks and can confidently lift and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Genuine passion for waste management, recycling, and for sustainability
  • Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and confident using hand and power tools
  • Can prioritize, organize, and collaborate well, while also working independently when needed
