Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business
Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products
Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit
Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery

Job Responsibility

Recover, assess and prepare returned or damaged products so they can be reused, repackaged or resold
Build and rebuild furniture safely and correctly using instructions and tools
Present products in the As‑is shopfloor with pride, setting attractive prices that deliver value for customers and strong results for the store
Engage confidently with customers, listening to their needs and sharing your product knowledge to support their purchase decisions
Make practical decisions about how products can be reused, repaired or recycled - always keeping quality, safety and sustainability in mind
Work closely with other teams to support product quality, recovery and compliance processes
Maintain a safe, organised work environment and follow safe manual handling practices at all times
